This skirt was designed and made by Patricia Harjo. The skirt is 28 to 42 inches in the waist, so majority of people will be able to fit it. It has a length of 36 inches. It features four rows of ric-rac above and below the strip of patchwork for a total of eight row of ric-rac. If you need a darker toned skirt, this is just for you!
